Nuneo is the diabetes platform that learns your body and helps you eat what you love. Built by someone with Type 1.5 — for everyone who's tired of being told what they can't have.
Sound familiar?
A list of forbidden foods. A spreadsheet of carbs. A program that treats eating like a math problem. None of them helped you sit down with your family and actually enjoy a meal again. We're doing the opposite — and somehow getting better numbers because of it.
How it works
Tacos. Cookies. A real burger. A peanut butter cup at 3pm. Whatever it is, we start there — not with restriction.
A diabetes-friendly version of what you wanted. The right restaurant order. A recipe from your library. A modification that fits your body.
Connect your CGM (or log manually) and Nuneo builds a personal food map — which foods keep you steady, which ones spike you, and how it changes over time.
What you get
Find what to order at any restaurant. Type the name, get the picks. The recommendations factor in your personal glucose history — not generic advice.
Chat your way to the next meal. Tell us what sounds good, get a diabetes-friendly recipe that satisfies it — with exact macros and a glucose tip if we have your data.
Color-coded grid of how your body responds to every food you log. Built from your CGM data or your manual logs. Updated every meal.
A planned breakfast, two snacks, lunch, and dinner for every day — pulled from a library of comfort food recipes. Plus a Sunday prep checklist that takes ~90 min and covers the whole week.
Went off-plan? Type what you ate ("Chipotle bowl with brown rice, chicken, guac") and our AI estimates the macros instantly. Adjust if needed, save, done.
From the founder

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. A year later I was told I had Type 1.5 — the kind that gets misdiagnosed as Type 2 because the doctors haven't caught up yet.
Every app I tried told me what to give up. Every dietitian gave me a list of forbidden foods. Every "diabetic recipe" website looked like a punishment…and I am a serious foodie.
No app or recipe or dietitian meal plan helped me sit down to dinner with my family and feel like a normal person again.
So I built this — the platform I needed. It assumes you still love food. It assumes you want to eat out. It assumes you don't want to think about diabetes every time you open the fridge.
I hope it helps you enjoy every bite again. 💛

Questions
All four — Type 1, Type 1.5 / LADA, Type 2, and gestational diabetes. The voice and recipes work the same way for everyone. The personalization is based on your body's actual glucose responses, not your diagnosis label.
No. Nuneo works with a CGM if you have one — we pull glucose data automatically and build your food map from it. If you finger-stick or don't monitor right now, you can log readings manually and the platform works the same way, just a little slower to learn your patterns.
No. Nuneo is a wellness platform — we help you eat what you love while managing your diabetes. We don't replace your endocrinologist, dietitian, or care team. Always talk to your doctor about insulin, medications, or major changes.
Those are great for logging your glucose and tracking your numbers — but they stop there. Nuneo picks up where they leave off: it's about the food. Every recipe is glucose-friendly, every restaurant pick is filtered through how your body responds, and the voice never shames you for eating cookies. They help you record your diabetes — we do that, plus we help you actually enjoy eating with it.
Yes. Your glucose readings, meal logs, and any health information you give us are encrypted and never sold. You can export or delete everything any time.
You can cancel anytime. We don't offer refunds on payments you've already made, but once you cancel you won't be charged for the next billing cycle — you keep access through the end of the cycle you've paid for, then your account pauses. Re-activate whenever you like and your full history is right where you left it.
Diabetes is hard enough without giving up the foods that make you feel like yourself.
